So, when I reserved it online my total for 3 hours was 40$ , when I came to pick it up lady mention that she doing it first time and not sure what to do, so she added me a safety, then I said I don’t need it, somehow I was charged 67.29 and I drove 11km only and returned 20 minutes earlier. Please figure out something because it’s not normal, it’s clear scam

Brian LI would like to thank Barry who spoke with us directly from U-Haul as the Young person I dealt with at the counter was unable to fill out my information accurately. Failed to properly process my bill n called the police to report the vehicle stolen. When I returned the vehicle the retailer was unable to provide me with an itemized receipt of our transaction.
