Not sure if it's due to my first time renting from UHaul, but the initial registration took a long time to figure out and complete. I needed to upload my driver's license 3 times. But overall, the experience was good.

The location was great, very courteous and helpful, sold me on some extra boxes. Your website, or maybe just the rental sign-in part, was having problems at the time and kept resetting. I ended up having to take the same picture several times. Also the "scan" did not work with my standard Ontario Driver's License and I had to manually take pictures in the cold and finding shelter from the morning sun. So the U-Haul website and sign-in get a "Poor" rating from me.
Jeremy BI'm a first-time user. I couldn't find the key box, so I had to stand outside for an hour. It was raining heavily that day, and I was exhausted. The office phone wasn't working, so I called another office. She said that if the key box wasn't outside, the car keys were in the trailer.
Hongsang JAfter receiving confirmation the day before the rental we understood that it would be an automated pick up using the app. Upon arriving at the location and going through the process, the app indicated there was no equipment assigned to the reservation and to call a specific #. After waiting on hold for a considerable length of time, the agent (who was very efficient) was able to sort things out and get us a code to access the key. However, the equipment that was supposed to be included with the rental (furniture pads and dolly) were not in the truck. After another wait, we were told to go to a different location to pick them up. As we had people lined up to help with the move, we couldn't take any more time and had were unable to take the time to do that. When we received the final invoice, we were charged for these items and had to make another phone call to finally get a confirmation that we would receive a credit. All in all, it was not a good experience.
PATRICK LHad nothing but issues with u-haul in general. And using the 24/7 check in was horrible.
