There was nobody working the day I dropped off the truck. There was no U-Haul sign on the facility and no clear key drop area. Perhaps a picture of the key drop would be helpful to other customers. I called the 1 800 number and spoke to Andrea who said it was not my problem if the key got stolen because I had already checked the truck in online.

I found the online registration a bit confusing, but I'm an old fart, turns out waiting till the storage facility, where the van was parked, opened, was a good call. Nice to speak to a person.

Darcy SNot sure if it's due to my first time renting from UHaul, but the initial registration took a long time to figure out and complete. I needed to upload my driver's license 3 times. But overall, the experience was good.
VIBGY JThe location was great, very courteous and helpful, sold me on some extra boxes. Your website, or maybe just the rental sign-in part, was having problems at the time and kept resetting. I ended up having to take the same picture several times. Also the "scan" did not work with my standard Ontario Driver's License and I had to manually take pictures in the cold and finding shelter from the morning sun. So the U-Haul website and sign-in get a "Poor" rating from me.
