I had both my pickup and drop-off location changed. Why offer me a choice of locations if you're just going to change it all anyway?

Our only issue was having to pull the truck out to take the damage photos using the APP upon pickup since they were parked so close together, and that was not a big deal. Staff was very friendly. It is super convenient to have the pickup at a gas station/mini mart so the truck can be fueled up when you bring it back. We have used this location previously, and would definitely do so again.
