Never once got an email. Never explained anything. Then too 300$ with no explanation. Each person passed the buck and wouldn't explain anything. They ripped me off for over $100. Others along with myself will be picketing this Uhaul

I wanted a 26 ft truck and reserved it after the website said they had it in at the location right near my house. I got a call the day before saying they did not have it at that location and if I wanted a 26 ft truck I would have to travel 30 miles from my house to get it which to get home would cost me those 30 miles. So I was stuck taking the 20 ft truck ( for the same price as the 26ft) and in the end it was to small and was unable to make my entire move in 1 trip. They straight up screwed me and didn’t leave me any time to make alternate plans and didn’t make any concessions to right there errors. I will probably use an alternate moving truck next time.

I extended my rental with app multiple times, the app did not register my extension which caused a hassle. Also I was charged $450 more than what I was expecting, the rental person gave the wrong information.

I went back to the store on Sunday and I tried to speak to the woman cashier. She embarrassed and humiliated me in front of other customers when I was trying to understand the bill and gas charge. Every time I tried to make my point, she would interrupt me. She made a scene and I had to leave. I will be calling cooperate for the treatment I received for trying to understand my charges. Alex was the one who took care of me on Saturday. He said he would be back Sunday morning. He was not there and I was met with a hostile employee who was very rude. I am the customer and I will share my experience on face book with your store location. I cancelled my debit card and will dispute the charges for my humiliation at the hands of your store female employee on Sunday in front of other store customers. She was in visible pain and was clutching her stomach while she was brow beating me.

Every thing was good as far as the truck went....only exception was the cab needed a vacumming. People are friendly and helpful...I will definitely use them again.

The employees were exceptionally helpful. The woman that runs the uhaul part of the business is very knowledgeable and skilled at her job. Unfortunately she is the only one that knows the rental process and she was very ill the day of my rental and unable to be at work. The employees went the extra mile and she instructed someone else over the phone to accomplish my rental. Everyone was very nice. My suggestion is that someone else be fully trained so things don’t fall apart if someone gets I’ll.

Location was fine. Process was difficult. Downloaded app and U-Haul changed locations on me. Went to this location and they had no record of my reservation. Was texted by U-Haul and said I’d get a $20 credit for my inconvenience but never received one.

The pick up area was dirty and full of garbage. There was even a used tampon right next to the trailer. The worker was rude and unhelpful. He did not show us where the trailer was, or help set it up in anyway. I contacted customer service and they said I would receive compensation but never did.

This place was the worse u haul dealer I have ever rented from. The staff was lazy and not informed about the condition of the truck I rented nor the equipment in the truck. I had asked fir 24 furniture blankets the worker said they had none. Later when I went to put the hand truck and furniture dolly in the truck there were 10 moving blankets inside. The truck’s box was filthy had a oily stain in each corner. But that was nothing compared to the inside of the cab! There were two very ripe bananas that had turned black from being on the front dashboard for so long. The dash board was covered with dirt and an unknown type of liquid stain. The floor had mud on it. And I mean a lot if mud and dirt. The floor had several empty bags of various food items in the floor and stuffed under the seats. The seats were covered with dirt. I went to my car and got a rag and wet it down to wipe the seat cushions off I went to the employee who had completed the paperwork for me and told him the condition of the truck and showed him the pile of garbage and rotten fruit I had found. His reply was,” oh sorry I guess we didn’t get to clean it out.” I told him that he could clean it now and he replied I don’t have things to clean it with Now mind you this truck is at a 77 station that has a car wash where this particular employee was washing cars. I looked at him and laughed and said if I didn’t have people waiting to load this truck I would not rent it. This truck was disgusting the workers were lazy and did not give a shit Do not rent at this place
