I will be calling Tuesday morning when yall open. The uhaul was dirty inside the cabin and the trailer we picked up the tail lights wo I lent work at all we also had to continue to put air in the tires. It delayed our 5.5 hour trip to 7 hours. Awful

Because this was a gas station with only one employee, the process took longer than it should have. The attendant was courteous and kind, but we were constantly interrupted by gas station customers.
STEPHANIE FDrop location was a gas station and a little confusing to drop at. No signs or other indicators that was a uhaul location. The man at the counter was very friendly and helpful however
