Staff was super rude. Would not give me the key even though I showed them my app verifying I was the one picking the truck up. Kept making me wait and telling customers that U-Haul takes forever to do so I can wait.

STEVE PThis place was in a dodgy strip mall. Run out of a liquor store. The guy didn’t really seem to know what he was doing or what I had ordered. The truck was damaged slightly upon pick up.
JEANETTE BI will be calling Tuesday morning when yall open. The uhaul was dirty inside the cabin and the trailer we picked up the tail lights wo I lent work at all we also had to continue to put air in the tires. It delayed our 5.5 hour trip to 7 hours. Awful
Mandy GBecause this was a gas station with only one employee, the process took longer than it should have. The attendant was courteous and kind, but we were constantly interrupted by gas station customers.
