The “owner” was very rude. We pulled up to the location, he was angry with me cause he thought I was supposed to drop it off in the morning instead of the evening. I picked the truck up at 9 am, why would I drop it off at that time? Then asked us for the keys before we even stepped foot in the building and kept telling us he was the owner. That’s fine if he is, but he needs to understand that we don’t know that without even stepping foot into the building. When we move out of this place, 100% avoiding picking up from this location.
