The truck had a leak and the water from the rain damage my boxes causing them to rip from the bottom breaking some of our antiques and clothing as well.
Josefina RNothing canbe done to improve this location, because the friendly and courteous staff made the experience so easy and seamless. Just finished our first trip, and will make our final trip next week. Looking forward to using them again! I do recommend pre-checking your vehicle online.
Christopher SI wasn’t pleased with the overall U-Haul rental. I booked at 15ft, but got a 26ft for the price of the 15. Which was great. Then I got there and they didn’t have a utility doll that I booked. So I had to get an appliance one, the only one they had and I got charged the price for the appliance one. The young lady working the desk said they are always out of dolls but that people order them. It would have not been good if we didn’t get the only dolly there.
