Very easy drop off no complaints
WILLIAM BUhaul was dirty, had to call owner that I was there and literally waited half an hour plus for him to show up. Knew we had waited and was just slow about the checking in process. Just very annoying.
JULIETTA LI have used Fort Knox several times and they are alway curious with great customer service. They remembered me from my previous rental and ask how my move wa going and if we were getting settled into our new home. She remembered my health issues and asked if I was feeling better. That personal care will be why I share my recommendation with others.
