I picked up the truck and Saturday and returned on Sunday. The gentleman told me that it was 99 cents per mile on Saturday and 79 cents on Sunday and that's what I would be paying. I agreed. On Sunday when I returned the truck. The lady said well because you rented it on Saturday that Sunday would be 99 cents/mile too. I was a bit shocked. He told me something different on Saturday and it changed Sunday. I'm in the process of moving. This is the 2nd time I rented a truck from there and I need to rent one a few more times. Now I may have to go elsewhere.

There was some grease on one side of the inside of the truck which, because of the way the truck was loaded (by Moving help.com people) without blankets, got on a few pieces of my furniture. I had to spend some time getting it clean.

The front desk office was very rude , refuse to give the trailer at first , insisting that my car can't tow it ....and that was mistake from Uhaul Website , wasted time trying to find a reason not to give me the trailer .......will never recommend or rent from that location regardless of how separate I am. Thanks

The entranceway into the facility was blocked by two large moving u-haul trucks (not in use), making it almost impossible to drive my vehicle & rental trailer between the trucks (entering the lot was difficult). Once in the lot, i was unalble to pull off to the side of incoming / outing traffic due to the lack of available parking. I did not have a pin number to enter the gated area to drop off the rental trialer... I ended up leaving my truck / trailer in the middle of the parking lot to go inside and ask for instructions (get help)... 3 workers behind the desk, not one responded to to my question, "where do i drop off the rental trailer." Apparently, they did not know the process themselves or just didn't care to assist me. Would not recommend pick up / drop off from this locaiton.

Customer service could do with a little polishing up. Even when I brought the truck back I parked it in the parking lot and was told I HAD TO GO BACK and move it to correct spot.

Fix the holding bars, came loose well my fiancé and I were fishing for luggage to pull out hit him first me second luckily neither one of us got hit hard enough to cause any major boo boos.
The trailer it's self is awesome and I would love to have one for our own family to use with travel. Told super well fit luggage for four adults and three children plus junk.
But something about the holding bars fitting into the pegs being that the shelves itself the top opening parts are so super heavy they become bent over usage and could cause serious injury to somebody.
Could have happened to us hit my fiancé harder than me but he swears he was OK although I did drive for the next three hours after that thing on his head.

I placed my order, provided me card information to hold the reservation and it was to be transferred to the 17mile and van Duke store but it wasnt. They didn't have a reservation for me. The 13 mule store stated that my order was cancelled which I don't know who or how that would have happened but the 17 mile store did have the vehicle is wanted avaliable and had no problem assisting get me.

My truck want there so I got a truck way smaller. Then was told u would receive a $50 refund. I get the bill, no refund applied so I call the place I got the truck from. Here says very rudely that I have to call corporate to receive it because he forgot, so on top of not having my truck and having to do three extra trips, more mileage, I still haven't gotten my money back and have to take time while I'm still trying to move in to call and get my money back. I have used your company a lot and very disappointed in the way I was treated

We had to rent a cargo van just to move a large mirror my mother bought from the store to her house . . . and Backus Auto Wash was conveniently locate, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the vehicle was so much nicer than I expected! So glad we chose to rent the van than try to fit it awkwardly into the back of one of our personal vehicles! And the cost was much lower than anywhere else I phoned to get an estimate! Would rent another vehicle from them any time! Thanks!

Owner was very rude. He slammed his computer mouse, said it was my fault the computer froze. Etc. Not customer friendly at all. Very short temper

once I paid for the trailer and need help with the wiring I was left waiting for almost an hour while the owner continued to wait on new customers of his car wash business. Additionally the trailer capacity is miss represented on the uhaul web site. I rented a 5 foot wide trailer expecting a 5 foot bed only to find out it's 51 inches. I found this out after driving almost to hours to pick up what I needed a "5 foot" trailer to fit.

I interupted their lunch. Despite the delicous sandwich waiting for the staff member I was promptly served. hahah :D They are a busy and hardworking place, with a friendly staff. Aside from being a convenient drop off location next to a gas station, I might take my car here for a detailing. Thank you!
