The person didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was gruff, had trouble getting the hitch on the ball, and walked away without connecting the safety chains. I had to tighten the hitch lock, connect the chains, I've never had such a bad experience with U-Haul before.

Listen to the customer. I said, I have Progressive Insurance. I was charged $60.00 anyway for insurance not needed. I did not understand my contract was for three days, therefore, it was returned in 24 hours. I spent unnecessary money and time with U-Haul.
