I returned my trailer 2 days ago but had to fight with Uhual to accept that their trailer was at their location and today they finally did. terrible service.

6x12 trailer has no jack. It’s a relatively heavy rig and not easy to pick up to hook up. Or If I were weaker. Older. Or injured in anyway I would not have been able to lift it up. It’s ridiculous not to have adjustable jacks on them
kurt gA gas station that does rentals and returns. Very slow probably just the system. However they can't check equipment if someone comes into the store since only one person is working. So it tale time to drop equipment off. I would choose a different drop off location if possible.
Marcus PYou booked someone a reservation then you cancel then you charge a card again that’s not how that’s supposed to go I’m very upset on what happened and I never got any emails saying that my reservation was canceled. I basically was hauling something on a trailer that wasn’t even in my name.
