You booked someone a reservation then you cancel then you charge a card again that’s not how that’s supposed to go I’m very upset on what happened and I never got any emails saying that my reservation was canceled. I basically was hauling something on a trailer that wasn’t even in my name.

Jesse RThe address is not accurate when you click on the link in the app. It takes you to the bowling alley and the actual location is a BP gas station about 4 miles down the road.
Eric BThey still charged me for the 3 dolly’s that I ordered even though they did not provide them. He told me I could just stop at another U-Haul place and they could give them to me. I tried that at 2 places, both said they could not provide them. I want my money back for the dolly’s. This was a huge inconvenience moving all of my furniture without dolly’s. Not a happy camper
