There was a problem with the app and didn't get the truck until 3hrs after my reservation had to pay an extra $100 for a deposit then charged again because my 24hr rental time started at 4pm even though I didn't get the truck until 7 and returned it at 630pm Thinking I had 24hrs from the time I got the truck. So $50 to rent a 26ft truck actually cost me $157.71 not including gas. And still haven't got my deposit back.
