At no fault to the operator at this location the trailer is rented had a couple issues. 1. Drivers side trailer lights were malfunctioning and flickering. Checked connection at truck and that wasn't the issue. 2. Rear axle is positioned so close to back part of fender that when trailer had about 1500 lbs in it the driver side back tire rubbed fender and had to be partially loaded. Even empty there is only about 3/4" clearance.
