This location was a Neighborhood location, the person there did a fairly decent job, but the location or the area where you're waiting was extremely hot and dirty, not something I would want to experience again, however the employee did get it done with a few small glitches.
Robert NI was overcharged and as well as it took an hour to rent the equipment along with the truck wasn’t clean not the ac wasn’t very good. But I was behind and needed to go so I didn’t worry about it and wouldn’t have complained but was charged 222 for about 8 hours of rental. When down the road I paid half the price and had it for over 24 hours which doesn’t make any sense to me: I mistakenly put return time of 11am instead of 11pm then saw the mistake and returned it by 1 and still was charged.
brandon rMis communications with Staff Member he was a Great guy. Seems he needs some Operational Training from yall! Im on National Accojnt as I told him . The original reservation got cancelled by yall. He re reserved me and said he needed my credit card. Evan though I told him national account.
