Trailer was not ready for pickup. When given the contract we looked for our trailer number and it was stuck behind 2 other vehicles. We were told to get another one that was easily accessible. They had to change the contract around at the last minute instead of having the correct trailer available. There were 2 workers, a lady and a man. Not sure where the man came from, he arrived after we did, and they lady was inside on a phone call that she kept on speakerphone so everyone could hear it. I had a guarantee via my UHaul contract the trailer would be ready upon my reservation pickup or I would get $50 but doubt I would see that. If it's up to the place, they never answer the phone, better luck UHaul's long customer service lines. When dropped off, they had no specific place to place it and I was told to just â€œleave it thereâ€, there being in the middle of the entrance which would be difficult for anybody else to enter to property. I would rent from UHaul again but not this place.RYAN K.

The lady in the store was not nice/friendly at all. She was that way when I picked up the truck, and the same when I returned it 3 days later. The truck was extremely dirty when I got it. I asked her for a broom (thinking she would at least volunteer to do it herself)... Nope. She just handed me the broom and dust pan. When I returned to turn in the truck, as i walked in the door, there was no greeting, only "if you're returning a truck, the instructions are outside on the building". Lastly, the return process is a bit annoying for a customer, and should be the responsibility of the uhual rep. To require the customer to take pictures, etc is a bit much, especially considering most customers are tired from moving...Courtney B.

i was very disappointed at this location although i went early to the location i was ok with the truck not being there so we left and after coming back at the appointment time truck had not arrived was then sent to another location which also didnot have size truck i ordered this was the worst experince i ever had!!!!Willie C.

Front desk person needs to work on there customer service skills. Vehicle was clean but there was a malfunction with the door where it didn't unlock even with the key. Put a delay in our plans by 5 1/2 hrs. Company needs to do a full inspection before vehicle is rented out @ this location. Never had something like this happen before.Donnell S.

The location was not my original choice, but a substitute provided without prior notification before pickup. The trailer was located at the back of the property on a downhill slope with old tires in front of the trailer tires making hookup and pulling forward extremely difficult. The location wasn't even open at the time set to get the truck and I had to wait thirty minutes to get my truck. Then the truck died about a block from my house and had to be pushed so we could finish the move.Michelle W.

I was looking for a 17ft. box trailer and called this location and was told they had one on site. I got the paperwork signed and he handed us the keys to a 15ft. truck, when I asked him about it he told me that Uhual was phasing out the 17ft trucks and that they could only get me in a truck that was close to what I needed. Which would have been different if I hadn't called ahead to make sure that they had the size I needed, I was promised the 17ft only to find out I was LIED to. If I had wanted the 15ft I could have gone to any of the 3 Uhual rental locations that were much closer to the apartment we were moving out of. As a first time Uhual customer I do not support this business model.britney W.

Keep your system up and running. Had a truck reserved at a different location for a 10 am pick up. They couldn't get in/access the system. After going to SIX different UHaul locations I finally found this "independent" operator that not only had a vehicle available, he was able to access his system to complete the transaction. The clitch in your system costed me time AND money. Budget will be the first company I call next time I need a moving truck.RITA R.

Sent me out with a completely bald tire with wire stcking out all the way around (I have pictures) I was stuck for over 6 hours and was not able to complete my move before having to return the truck. Upon showing them the tire and explained everything they had happened I was told there was nothing they could do except put in for the truck to have tire replaced. Could not compensate me at all , said I should have called the 1-800 number on the paperwork, I ask them to SHOW me the number on my contract and thats when they realized there is no number only a ( .com ) address ..... The thing is ... I was stuck with no internet so how am I supposed to email ??????????SAMUEL W.

I requested a truck to move my stuff to the campuses in Atlanta for Georgia State University. I picked up the truck. Moved my boxes into the truck. I drove to the gas station to drive from Stockbridge, Ga to Atlanta Ga. I went to Georgia State's website for the address. Georgia State failed to advise me they will be closing due to the expected snow storm that may happen. I drove back to my house to unpack my boxes to drop off to the uhaul location. I did not want to pay extra for days not knowing when the weather will permit us to drive. I asked the location for either a refund or a reduced rate as a courtesy, the immediate supervisor denied that request. I contacted Uhaul myself, to request a courtesy they did not seem to care. I am a human being, it is not my fault that the school canceled it for a little rain at the time. I am not happy with the committment of my satisfaction or understanding for the circumstances. I was charged $50 ffor nothing. I did not even move my stuff to the destination I intended to. I am not satisfied with uhaul not trying to assist me. This is very dissapointing. It's companies just care about the dollar instead of us as humans.Joanna J.

I am a uhaul member and today's experience has been less than desirable. When I arrived there were 3 people in folding chairs taking up the entire small lobby eating ethnic food that the smell my my stomach turn. The clerk continued conversations with these people as she was readying my order. I placed an online order for a 10 foot truck. I was told the truck was at an 1/8 of a tank and I would get a credit if I brink it back a 1/4. Never been told that before and never been sent out with an empty truck. When the clerk pull the truck up it was in no way marked as a uhaul truck and was in poor condition. There was trash left in the back and in the cab of the truck. The cab of the truck is literally falling apart. The truck has also been smoked in, heavily. The windshield is filthy I could barely see out if it. I am extremely disappointed. I would never have agreed to a truck in such terrible condition however there were no other uhaul locations in my area with a 10 foot truck. I honestly don't know who needs to be aware of this fly by night operation. But this is totally unexceptable.Greta H.
