The drop off location was a bit confusing. I was dropping off during business hours, but not sure if I was supposed to use online drop off or wait for someone. I rang the doorbell and waited a few minutes before someone answered. It would be helpful if there was a sign indicating that business hour drop offs will also be handled as online drop offs or that it would be a few minutes before someone answers the doorbell.

Yvonne M.I called a 1800 phone number, and spoke with a reservation specialist. I was made aware that I would have the ability to pay in any form I choose once I arrived at the location. I was also informed that I did not need to bring any form of identification with the except my driver's license. I was also told an employee of Uhaul would be onsite to answer any additional questions I may have. All of those statements were not true. I had my passport with me just in case I needed it. Turned out I did. There was no employee available to assist or to provide support. Terrible experience. Terrible.
