Reserved 15 ft truck at Lathrop location , was told to go to Stockton where we were Guaranteed a 15ft truck . Was told they have one but it was for local only . Was in a spot so took what they had . No paper receipt was given to me . Looks like I was charged for 15ft truck when I was given 10ft truck . Will probably use someone else next time

Adam VCheck in was easy. I have rented from them twice and both times i was charged extra. The first rental I was charged for use of their dolly and moving blankets that I did not request then the second time I was charged over $200 for "gas" they stated that I brought the truck back on empty, I went back to the location and requested her to check again. all she said was oops ya sorry my mistake. that wasn't a small mistake.
