Had to force him to connect auto transport to my truck. The transport connect came off while driving transport stayed connect to truck because of chain an no car on it.. didn't know it was off until I got to car location to pic up car I was lucky trailer didn't disconnect from truck . Hanging on with the chains. I reconnected trailer with help . Return trailer told worker connector popped off. Didn't take pictures so he didn't give a dam had to disconnect trailer myself an get out of there. Lucky I didn't have accident on freeway.

The staff made the drop off very easy
PHILLIP AThe trailer lifting function is damaged, and the installation of the trailer is very heavy. The staff did not help install the trailer to the customer's main vehicle.
