Horrible customer service and caused damaged to my personal property and if not dedicated by tamo Shanter U-Haul personal I could have caused a major damage and potentially hurt too many people including my family and me , they broke my carrier where I have my back up generator . We had to remove it completely. The guy at the gas station at the beginning did not want to help me with guiding me to park nor take of the tow dolly off my motor home I did most of the work alone . When my arms were tired and unable to turn the wheel any further he was mad when I told him am not able to turn it further. I may have to drop it off at another location . Very bad experience

Bryan MU-Haul needs to make sure when they send the customer to pick up rental from a different location than they contacted that the location they have rented it out . When I arrived to pickup they told me I lucked out that it had just arrived from a repair. More importantly I called to return the trailer when I finished my use early. It was 10:30pm and I explained I was about 30 minutes out from them . I called ahead because if I returned it then I wouldn’t need to drive a 80 minutes out from round trip the next morning to return it. Was told they were going to close and to bring it in as scheduled the next morning. Later I searched the App and it plainly said the customer could return the unit at any time that was best for me. The dealer said to me when I asked at return that he was right they were closing and since they were closing that’s the way it goes. POOR attitude to have representing your Brand. Will definitely be more forward if ever use U-Haul again
