The app and online check in was crashing and lagging, so much so that it almost couldn’t be used. There was no one on site at this location, and no one answered the listed phone call. I was supposed to get moving blankets, and they were not in the truck. The app directed me to go inside and ask—but again, no one there. If you can, pick any other location for pickup/dropoff.
