It was an easy process, especially with the representative who helped me walk through the steps of setting up the rental and pickup especially on a Sunday when they were closed, but I could do everything through the app

KAYODE HThe app and online check in was crashing and lagging, so much so that it almost couldn’t be used. There was no one on site at this location, and no one answered the listed phone call. I was supposed to get moving blankets, and they were not in the truck. The app directed me to go inside and ask—but again, no one there. If you can, pick any other location for pickup/dropoff.

NATASHA TThe location was difficult to find and not obvious. The gps brought me to a huge shopping mall. I had no phone number for the location and it was closed when we arrived. It took some time to find the small U-haul sign in front of the store. More detailed information would have sped up the process greatly.
