I initiated my truck rental through a kiosk on 12/28/2025 at 12:29 PM. The truck had 115,330 miles on it with the fuel registering at one notch above half full. I returned the truck on 12/29/2025 at 6:07 PM. The ending mileage was 115,345. The total mileage driven was 15 miles. I added 2.025 gallons of gasoline before returning the truck, leaving it over the fuel mark at pick up. The rental rate was $19.95 per day x less than 2 days. The mileage rate was $.89/per mile. My actual charges should have been $53.25 excluding taxes. Additionally, the operator changed me an after hour fee of $20.00 and a fuel charge of $12.75. The amount of the rental bill plus taxes should have been $63.08. Instead, the operator ended up billing me $96.72. The operator overcharged me $33.64 for the rental. The operator refused to accept my calls after the rental was closed out.

Karen DThe guy at the location seemed annoyed. When obtaining my fiancé’s credentials, he kept asking “what’s your reference?” Instead of asking for his name, which he seemed irritated that my fiance wasn’t sure what he was needing when he asked for his reference. He had us taking the truck that was parked between two other trucks, which would’ve been impossible to drive out of the parking lot. We thought there was enough clearance to go through the car wash bay, but the truck was maybe a half foot too tall, which explains the claim submitted. The guy had to move one of the other trucks in order for us to get out which he should’ve just given us the truck closest to the exit to begin with. The lot is too small for the 26’ trucks when it comes to easy maneuvering. Just imagine if buddy wasn’t onsite, we would’ve had no way of getting out of the lot.
