The back latch had a lock which would not open, they eventually sent out a locksmith who had issues getting it cut open. From a 5pm pickup, the lock was finalized at 8.50pm. Causing me to have a delayed move, and costing me more money in moving expenses as that was my move out day, had to pay for an additional day at my address. I received no compensation, from uhaul. I had to literally beg to get a later drop off time the following day...

Added on a furniture dolly to get heavy items. Furniture dolly was not provided, had to leave behind very important items

David WAbsolutely ridiculous. The number you’re supposed to call for drops. No one answers, and there is no DropBox. Then, they had the audacity to try and charge me for 2 extra days on the 8th when it was turned in on time on the 7th before my scheduled drop-off time. I would never tell anyone to pick up or drop off at this location.
