I used to be in retail and this place I would not want to represent my brand. The place was extremely dirty, the moving supplies had a garbage bag hanging and they were out of stock on many supplies. There was a mostly empty cooler filled with half drunken drinks which was supposed to be for customers. The person knew enough to check out a trailer but did not have the skills to add on insurance after it was rung through.

HEIDI LDrop-off was after hours and this lot has zero lighting. Zero. It made dropping off confusing and sketchy. Of course, uhauls app NEVER works as it should so trying to "return my truck" took forever in the dark sketchy neighborhood
