The location is ok, there was no instruction given on picking up the vehicle despite emailing a question as the app asked to do. The app is horrendous and every part of it had issues. It took 45 minutes to get the app to work and get the truck because of one problem after another and horrible support. Most of this is on uhaul and the app not the location itself.

SHELLA M.I dropped the truck off after hours which was convenient the only thing that i wish i had known ahead of time was the guidelines for dropping the truck off after hours. I had the link on my phone from a text message, however, i did not access the link until after i put the keys in the drop box so i could not get a picture of the gas tank and the mileage.
