The trailer's license plate got caught each time that the door was rolled up. I notified the drop off location of the issue.

JOHNNY CHave more explicit instructions for the online pick up. The app process to online check (the step that provided instructions to go to front of building and choose a numbered locker w key combo) skipped entirely to “thank you you’re all set”. Thankfully an online agent was available and able to assist me. It was early in the morning before the offices were open so I appreciated the live assistance (not AI) to help me getting the keys to the truck.
