I had reserved a unit for Calgary but had to drive 2 hours return to Strathmore for one (none in Calgary). U-Haul helped with fuel costs by adjusting the price. Frustrating part was within 1/2 kilometre of where we needed the unit, one was sitting at a dealer (G&B Fuel in Hawkwood, Calgary).
