I was charged after a month of returning the rental. And it includes a fuel charge when I returned at the same fuel level as I had received, I have pictures confirming this level..

William KZero cost for mileage
jill wI was scammed by the R&M U-Haul location at 15 McNamara Dr. Upon vehicle pickup, I called R&M Ltd to inform them that the fuel level they told me was incorrect and the vehicle mileage was not visible. They said they would adjust the fuel level and the mileage would be visible when I started driving. Neither were true, and now I am being significantly overcharged. I was charged a fuel fee even though I returned with more gas than I started with, and they are charging me double the mileage I actually drove. I cannot prove the real milage because there is no odometer visible in the vehicle. Complete ripoff and I will never rent from this company again.
