I was scammed by the R&M U-Haul location at 15 McNamara Dr. Upon vehicle pickup, I called R&M Ltd to inform them that the fuel level they told me was incorrect and the vehicle mileage was not visible. They said they would adjust the fuel level and the mileage would be visible when I started driving. Neither were true, and now I am being significantly overcharged. I was charged a fuel fee even though I returned with more gas than I started with, and they are charging me double the mileage I actually drove. I cannot prove the real milage because there is no odometer visible in the vehicle. Complete ripoff and I will never rent from this company again.

Bruce TThe location at C&C was the original pickup with mobile. When I arrived at 8am it wouldn’t let me check in though during booking said it 24/7 checkin available. Phoned support and apparently that location doesn’t offer mobile check in though the app said it does. You had to move me to another location which resulted me paying more cause the distance was far greater from my home. Please update the C&C location for future customers is my suggestion.
