Very poor experience. They gave me the wrong size truck so I was charged more than I had ordered. No dolly was available despite having a rental to my order. Truck was filthy outside and inside hadn’t been cleaned - covered in glitter and marbles and garbage from previous user. There was no washer fluid in the truck even though it was winter which I don’t know until I started the drive and it was snowing.
Emma MOverall experience was good, just took a lot longer than usual.
