My Original UHaul location in Strathroy (Strathroy Motor Inn - 28540 Centre Road Strathroy ON N7G 3H6 Canada) was locked up and no one there at the appointed time in order for myself (and others) to pick up their rented trucks. Super happy with the UHaul represetative I called who quickly transferred my rental to the Ryan's Mini Mart Location. Luckily for me they had the same truck I needed at the Ryan's Mini Mart Location.

Bob at Ryans mini mart location is always very helpful when booking my Uhaul.
MARK GBooked to pick up at 7am. Told by help desk that location did not set up for pre hours key access. Store hours open at 8, shop owner showed up at 830. Told me his location does not offer pick up or drop off outside of business hours. I feel I should be offered discount for inconvenience as I only had elevator access in London between 9-10. By the time I got packed at to location it was 945. Would not recommend or deal with ever again
