We own a business. We need rental cargo vans every week. Their pickup location is 15 miles from us. Your U-haul dealer is across the street from our facility. But our business has nearly 80% client visibility. If your vans had your logos on the doors or a some type of painter placard abs not the flashy $19.95 bed day in one letters we wound surely rent from you. Probably well over 100 vans per year. Enterprise has went to a rear area placard or in the both doors. something to think about! .

I rent U-Haul a lot, on average around $1,000.00 a month. On this one alone $185.00 just in miles. To charge me for another day plus another $30 for safe move plus for being 1 hour late on the return even though I called ahead to notify was not good customer appreciation at all. I have bit my tongue on many occasions and wow this really was a wake up call.

Fire the General Manager. I told him I called 4 times and was on hold for 20 minutes each time and no one answered the phone. His reply was I’m alone and did not have time to answer cuz no one wants to work anymore. He became the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He went so far as accusing me of arguing with him when I was just trying to answer the questions he was asking. I’m a Vice President for a $4B dollar company so I think I understand customer service and I’m understanding when someone has a bad day. This guy has no business representing a strong brand like Uhaul!

Dropped the uhaul off at a different location, was told they didn't have the money to return my deposit. Was sent to another location to return the uhaul and also got told here they don't have the cash to return to me either. It was a very terrible experience and I would not recommend the Streetsboro location or the willowick location. After two days of moving this is ridiculous. To charge someone money and none of the stores have it to return to me

honestly, I spent more time checking out and checking in the truck than the entire rental. Really need to streamline process. Sorry to say will not rent at this location in the future: I will say the staff were courteous, but workflow needs to be reassessed.

Our rental was only allowed to have 37 miles which wasn’t enough to get us from pick up to our house to the new house to the drop off site. They charged us $2.10 for mileage overage when we turned in the truck 12 hours early. I find that to be completely ridiculous.

Work with me to resolve issue with dispatch location regarding equipment condition. I do not have the ability to contact dispatch location directly due to the UHaul phone system. I am always switched to Customer Service Center (i.e., direct dial is useless).

The employee I encountered could have been welcoming and friendly but was not. He had very little to say. I'm sure you have difficulty finding employees with attributes you would prefer, but here you missed the mark by a wide margin. Upon returning the equipment, I found the second employee much better and personable. The equipment was fine and performed well, but I've rated the location as average since it's what we have come to accept as customer service, but far from being what should be.

The location was great and the service very friendly and knowledgeable. After hour check out on the web site wouldn't work even after several trys. The after hour phone lady might have been worst then then web site. We just dropped the trailer and left, figured they would find it in the morning.
