I put fuel in the truck before returning. I only drove the truck 17 miles and was charged for extra fuel as well as a $30 fee on top of the extra fuel. The truck was parked on an incline when I returned it. When I called the location to ask about the extra fees amd provide my fuel receipts, the employee told me someone else rented the truck after me and she couldn't do anything.

The beauty lady in the front was absolutely amazing, but the owner wasn’t the pleasant person. Bless her soul BUT… Make sure that even if you’re handicap or have a handicap/elder passenger needing to get out of the car in a closer proximity, please be careful with “parking in front”. He will verbally attack with no hesitation and blame you for defending yourself.
ANN MYour app doesn't work very well. I had to talk with FIVE different agents before my reservation showed up on the app. Fortunately, the last agent, Clayvon, knew what the others apparently didn't and got things working in about 5 - 10 minutes. You need more agents like him! In the end, I didn't even need the app running as the pickup location doesn't use that system. So, I wasted over an hour with the 4 other agents for absolutely no purpose. Clayvon knew that having the reservation in the app wouldn't matter, but he said he could quickly fix the issue so we did. Why didn't the other agents know how to use the website to get my reservation to show up? The fourth agent told me he was submitting a trouble ticket and that someone would put the reservation into the app for me. I waited two days and the reservation never showed up. That's why I called Clayvon. Had the fourth agent's promise been kept, I wouldn't have had to call again. Or had any of the first four agents told me I didn't need the reservation in the app to pick up a truck from Honest Auto, I could simply have ignored the issue. Honest Auto was great! The counterperson was very friendly and efficient and told me to call her directly the next time I need a truck to avoid all the nonsense. I will absolutely do that going forward!
