Krizan PI put fuel in the truck before returning. I only drove the truck 17 miles and was charged for extra fuel as well as a $30 fee on top of the extra fuel. The truck was parked on an incline when I returned it. When I called the location to ask about the extra fees amd provide my fuel receipts, the employee told me someone else rented the truck after me and she couldn't do anything.
JESSICA CThe beauty lady in the front was absolutely amazing, but the owner wasn’t the pleasant person. Bless her soul BUT… Make sure that even if you’re handicap or have a handicap/elder passenger needing to get out of the car in a closer proximity, please be careful with “parking in front”. He will verbally attack with no hesitation and blame you for defending yourself.
