Pick up and drop off was great. When we needed to extend the rental an additional day and I tried to do it through my uhaul account it said I was unable too but the lady at the physical location was able to take care of it no problem.

Absolutely nothing
THOMAS NDrop off zone was confusing no one was there had to make phone call to 800 number and take pictures of drop off. This needs to be explained to costumer
