I was happy with everything except for a "Safe Tow" Insurance Coverage Charge added to my invoice without my agreeing to such charge. I called the Uhaul 800 number and they took it off however.

He was misleading on the how to return the truck fueling. Every rental that i have taken you had to return the truck full with gas. i over paid for gas and found out later when i filled up the tank.
