Granted, I dropped off the truck after hours so there were no personnel to be helpful. Very poor signage (like no apparent U-Haul sign on the street) however made getting to the property difficult. (it's behind a strip mall) the Key Drop is also difficult to locate as the Picture in the app apparently needs to be updated. Can't say the property wasn't clean (it was) but it certainly was not what I would call "inviting". I didn't want to answer the "Clean and inviting question because it is a 50/50 answer, as for the recommend to a friend... kind of wanted to leave that blank as well as I'm undecided due to a lack of interaction. However, your form insists so you get negative answers.

No one will answer the u-Haul phone number for the location. This is only a remote location. Having the option for checking into at the counter isn’t an option for this location but you have it listed as an option. The customer support hotline tells you to start chatting on the app. Your customer support don’t understand either that there isn’t a check-in counter and told me to go inside to speak with a representative. I was sitting in a parking lot. What a customer must do to make this seamless. 1. Download the app. 2. Turn location on. 3. Online check in ONLY!! - if you have issues - chat with customer support through the app.
Calvin WDrop off key was hard to find.
KARAN NEverything was a lie!!!! Please check the cameras because I was ther early returning the truck! And I was charge!!!! Additional to this check the previews rent and they left the truck without gas and I return the truck like the same !!!!!! Why do you charge money for that! I’m upset because the wheel was flat and I was paying for help and the company left me because your company take 5 hours to charge it !!!!!!! Please replay to me by phone !!!! No text no email!
Kristoffer JMake sure items that are rented are all there. I paid to use utility dolly and it wasn’t included. I had to call and request a refund for it
