The automated APP checkout was a nightmare with no one to really help me. The sun glare and the problem that my rental was wedged in between two other trucks made getting the required photos extremely difficult. I never would have rented from this location had I known that Id have to deal with such circumstances, as well as having to fill out a whole new application that I had already done online. The truck was fine and the price was good but what an ordeal otherwise.
Randall NI have been a customer with you all for years now and this has to be the worst experience ever not only did I not get the truck I reserved the truck I got was bigger and maintance on the truck was sub par for me to recommend to the next person not going to happen
SKEE CThis particular vehicle seems to have a problem shifting gears. It runs and doesn’t flip from first year in a second or the third year smoothly. I had two self educate myself by constantly pushing the + so instructions on how to shift gears should be covered with renters.
