With this kind of pickup and drop off, the trucks never get cleaned. I picked up my 20 footer and the cab floor was filthy. Got turned on this way and with no one to check them, they stay that way.

Ryan HI did not know ahead of time that I would be picking up the UHaul totally "on Line". it was a bit confusing until I realized that there was no human being on the premises.
