My only comment would be is that it was my understanding that I thought the blankets were to keep and not rented. I was confused

Despite the fact that i told them and sent them pictures that there was a discrepancy on the miles that was recorded versus the actual miles on the vehicle, the management team did not do anything to adjust the price, I spoke to the manager, Kevin, sent him the pictures of the mileage when i took the vehicle and when i returned the vehicle. All efforts to speak to him proved abortive as he was not picking calls nor returning messages. I was charged 74 miles above what i actually used. I had to report the incident to the upper management.
