The lady at the front was extremely rude. We had to swap out from a 10 foot to a 26 foot tank that was covered in mud and cost us more in gas and would’ve cost us more in mileage if we would’ve gotten the one in Saint Clair so either way we paid extra for something we didn’t need.

Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the woman that checked me in and that I notified when I returned the trailer was not very nice. I was obviously bothering her by being there. And the next day I was woke up being notified that she had never noted that I returned the trailer and my reservation was showing up as late.
