I do not believe it was the Feed store who caused the hold up. Crystal had to call the Uhaul toll free number since I picked up car dolly after I picked up truck..she said it happened all the time. Gave two separate folios but I paid everything the first time. I got a credit of $33.00.

They messed up and the car hauler was to short after spending all day loading truck on trailer by myself to find out it was to short! The staff at fix and feed made the error but would not reimburse my money or give me the right trailer...I am very dissatisfied with my uhaul experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

I rented this trailer to load up donations and take to the Hurricane Harvey Flood Victims 5 hours away in Houston, Texas. I tried to get the location and Uhaul to donate the cost of the trailer rental and was denied. I think UHaul as a company should do more in time of need. I will be taken more donations down at the end of the month and think I will go with someone else because of this!!!

Provide more instruction and what to expect information Have longer straps for the car trailer Offer the car dolly for Jeeps. The system said I couldn't pull my Jeep and that's outrageous. Jeeps are pulled behind RVs for the very reason that the entire drive line can be disconnected. Did I pay a deposit? If so did I get It back ? My bill was vague.. it said I had a trailer but when I got to Colorado Springs it wasn't dispatched so basically it never should have been with me . These are all signs of poorly maintained equipment and personnel improperly trained.

Kids working and not knowledgeable of the process. The person checking in the vehicle was on his cellphone while doing so, taking a long time to complete the process. He stated that the vehicle had less fuel than it actually had when it had more than I picked it up. Another person did override his error to avoid a $9 fuel charge.

Unfortunately truck shocks were worn out. It was rough ride for 1000 miles. Also stirring wheel was off center making it hard to drive.

There needs to be better training for employees so that they understand how to convey policies and charge amounts to customers. Example: we rented a dolly and were told that the charge was for the whole rental time; turned out it was per day. We also visited and reserved specific equipment at the location; when we arrived to pick them up, they were gone. The staff is friendly and helpful. They hooked up the trailer to our truck. The associate apologized for our reserved equipment being gone.

Their computer system crashed in the middle of the transaction and they rebooted it. When it came back up the transaction was cleared but the billing was not so we had 2 transactions pending on our bank account effectively tying up 130 dollars we needed since we were out of town. We called U-haul to no avail, they said it would take 4to 6 weeks to get straight. We had our bank remove the messed up pending charge on Monday, only to have it reappear on Tuesday. U-HAUL is messing up my bank account and costing me money now.
