We were told we could return the truck to ANY dropoff location without penalty. Then we get hit with an extremely high receipt in the mail because of where we dropped it off. Noone at the dropoff location said anything about a penalty either. This should be pointed out the customer at the time of rental and at the time of dropoff!!
