Had a 7:30 AM drop off time and did not know that they didn't open until 9AM. Still dropped off the trailer and then called the U-Haul "800" number to report that I had dropped it off. Cameras were in the area so I felt comfortable that there was video evidence of me dropping off the trailer also. Would have liked to have known the operating hours of the receiving location.

FREDERICK MI dropped the trailer off while the location was closed, so I did not interact with any human beings. I did, however, use the app to check the trailer out. The app worked great. Much appreciated that I didn't have to wait days for the drop off location to open.
