I dropped off the trailer while the business was closed, so no personnel involved. I used the app to document my drop off, so that was very helpful. The facility was quite small, making it more challenging to park the trailer, but easy enough for me. The location served my needs. I'd use them again.

The truck leaked

EVARISTO TYou need fix your website with the issue of asking for your location after every step. You also need to work on training with your customer service group as I was transferred 9 over 40 minutes and sent to 3 different locations with the reservation that I already had made. If it wasn't for an employee from the original location coming in while closed I would not have ended up being able to p/u my rental. I will not rent nor recommend U Haul to anyone until the issues are addressed. Note I will end up needing at least 2 more rentals over the next month and I will need to go with another provider.
Hans KNo paper work when picked up or when returned. When I received receipt I was billed $120 for Save Move it was never discussed or approved. I made a special trip to Elite Flooring, I was told they could not give credit I would have to call Traffic U-haul
