The day of pick up I asked for price estimate. They told me they could not give me an estimate even though I gave them the exact location of my move. I was also not told I could refuse extra insurance coverage as my policy covers trailers. Would not have rented had I known.

ALFRED AI dropped off the trailer while the business was closed, so no personnel involved. I used the app to document my drop off, so that was very helpful. The facility was quite small, making it more challenging to park the trailer, but easy enough for me. The location served my needs. I'd use them again.
