After U-Haul changed my pick up location THREE times, one of which was an hour and a half before pick up. Then I get here and they don’t want me to take the truck one way because they didn’t know when one would come back. Completely deleted and changed my reservation (and I realized after it also removed both authorized drivers I added while making the reservation, only leaving myself) then tried to charge me $200+ (over $100 more than my original total) to bring it back to them! It was a nightmare and I get it wasn’t this locations fault for U-Haul changing pick up location. But I reserved a one way truck, I confirmed all 3 times that it was a one way truck and then I have to spend an hour trying to fix my reservation because they didn’t want it to be one way truck. The real kicker - the trucks key tag said ONE WAY TRUCK.

Easy to work with, everything was checked out before I left the lot, and the return was quick and easy.
Kenneth LMy phone couldn't use the app since we were out in the country and I had no service. Luckily, I had someone with me whose phone allowed me to log in and check the vehicle out and back in. Not sure what I would have done if they weren't with me.
Staci RIt was nothing but a disaster from the night before we picked the uhaul up til we took it back. I wouldn’t recommend uhaul to anyone. Also, I’ve yet to receive a call back from someone from uhaul. We have spoke with 4-5 different people and a manager is supposed to be reaching out to us.
Lindsey SSpend less time with his side hustle and more time with U-Haul customers. AND I had to search for the office because there's no clear signs.
