I requested dropping off in Larson, but was assigned this location which meant I had to drop off at the end of the day yesterday…which was early. This morning my trailer was checked in during operating hours but the location charged me an after hours fee. I called and it was blamed on the system,, but I was told he couldn’t do anything about it. I use U-Haul a ton and this is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this. I pray it’s the last, because another incident will force me to believe that U-Haul isn’t a company that wants my business anymore.

Customer service needs to improve
ALVIN ZSaid in the app that it was open, but it was actually closed, there was nobody inside.
SHIOMARA MI reserved a truck near my home. Uhaul changed location for pickup. This was not what i wanted.
RICHARD DThe truck broke down and the UHaul team had me moved l off of I 95 to a BP gas station where the left me for over 3 hours. During this 3 hours I attempted to contact UHaul several times and all I got was the run around. Finally after getting no where a supervisor was contacted and was little to no help. Then I a tow truck took me a UHaul facility where I had to unload and load my truck. All and all my trip was delayed for more than 5 hours. I believe UHaul should give me a free rental, reimburse me the $50 I paid for gas and provide me compensation for my time.
