reservation for equipment ( trailer and appliance dolly) was made via phone. When I went to pick up the equipment, the local personnel told me that the dolly was not available. Charge was removed from reservation but the person was not customer focused and just blamed the phone rep. this inconvenience cost me additional charges elsewhere to procure one as I needed the dolly but had no warning of issues prior to pickup. I highly recommend evaluating inventory scheduling/management policies and technologies to ensure both local and online/phone reps have an accurate picture of equipment availability. This is not the first time I have experienced similar situations.
