U-Haul is a crap company that finds ways to charge people for any and everything. This is my first and last time using them. They kept changing the drop off location for my reservation. I was told my drop off location was 24/7 only for them to hit me with an after hours service fee which was not properly explained. I was charged a gas fee when I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas that I got it with. U-Haul is a scam and cheats its customers.
