They purposely moved the pickup location 10 miles away from where I originally wanted to pick up from, because it was close to my home. The original site off of Mason Rd in Sumter had 15 foot trucks on the day I needed them—-but they forced me to go to a location on the far far side of town. I believe they did this so it would automatically add miles onto the route so they could charge me extra. That’s not acceptable
