It was a older truck without Bluetooth and would not go over a certain speed at certain times. The location tenant told me he was giving me the newer truck because I showed up first and gave me a old truck. It did not want to start at certain times. The truck was clean but it need maintenence. He was handling personal business, looking for a stolen uhaul truck, giving out directions to another customer, while he was booking my trip. He was friendly. Just seemed unorganized. I've gotten better results out of picking up from the actual Uhaul storage. I did not book this location.
