The puckup location had motion activated cameras that kept telling me to go away. Super stupid and unwelcome to renters of the equipment. When I was trying to figure out how to use the app, that bullshit didn't help. Also, the app sucks. The forms timed out or didn't accept the data. Poor user experience with the uhan application. There is nothing about this location that was helpful. The application didn't even scan their location barcode.
Jason RThe only thing I can recommend is increasing the inventory. In all of Phoenix, there was not one 6 x 12 trailer available. The young lady at the Gilbert location went above and beyond to find us the trailer at this location.
JEANIE PLocation was fine however no receipt could be given because I rented online. I had to check out online and wait for an emailed receipt. A reservation ought to be able to be taken care of in store or online. If i didn't have my phone how was i supposed to check in the trailer? Get your online and in store computer systems in sync.
