When we returned and entered the store, we were told that we had to go back outside and park the truck ourselves around the back of the building before he could check it in. If this was the process for this location, all the details should have been explained to us by the U-Haul employee. Again, the young lady at the U-Haul in Prescott needs to do you a favor and quit her "customer service" job, as it was obvious she isn't happy there.
