Guys are great and very professional. Week battery on the truck so I left it running all day until I returned it. Shut the truck off and restarted it no issues battery was fully charged but my need to be replaced due to age. Your software system did not register my reserve online so the guys were a little confused as to why I was there renting a truck. They were very helpful and luckily they had one for me to use that day. They even called a customer service for assistance, but seemed to struggle with the software system.Taking the appointment. Way finding could be improved. Rentals are in a lower parking lot and the customer entrance is poorly marked and on the upper level far side of the building. A bit of wandering in the crowded lot to find where I needed to go. The guy manning the shop was very helpful. The trailer I rented was in great shape. Now that I know the lay of the land I would make this my go to for U Haul rentals.

Susan SWhat didn't go right: The night before my truck pickup U-Haul changed the size of the truck requested to 15'. I needed a 20' And the pickup point was changed to Sun Prairie, from Deforest. So when I picked the truck up in Sun Prairie I left my car there. The truck return was still in Deforest, which meant my car was still in Sun Prairie! So I need to find a ride to get my car! The whole thing was difficult! The smaller truck meant 2 loads instead of one, which added more time to what I had to pay my movers. The new truck was very nice though. My truck the previous week was horrible, should be retired!!
