I called the day I moved to explain that the trailer leaked from the roof and ruined some of my pictures. Tried calling in and got put on hold nonstop from Uhaul. I will not stop trying to file this complaint because I am very upset. The location and the service I got was above and beyond. Uhaul's customer service has been less than subprime which is disapointing.

LAURA KThey could have double checked, there are material clothes that are all over inside the truck. Someone left their bottle of drink behind the passenger seat. Truck was unexpected not starting and dispatched service took a while due to bad weather.
