Jagadesh VWas originally scheduled for a 26’ truck pick up. Phoned the day before said that there was zero trucks in Calgary and closest one to me was in Coleman. I was moving Calgary to Hardisty Alberta. Had to drive out to Sundre to get this 20’ truck. Was called twice on the way there asking where I was. No a hi this is Uhaul but a hi where are you. I didn’t even know who I was talking to. Sundre Location hard to find, drove right past it, no sign. Computer didn’t work and had to input manually. I’ve used you guys multiple times this was the worst experience. Just wasn’t happy with pick up or truck condition. Interior dash broken, key ignition broken. Could list everything but overall not the best truck or service.
