I would have liked to be informed that the mobile option of picking up the car requires someone to approve your details and you have to call 2(!) people (all other options were unavailable as I was not home anymore) to verify your details. What if you are alone? What if the other people are busy and can't pick up the haul call? Just an observation All rest wa great!
Nathaniel KPoor isn’t poor enough to describe the horrendous experience with this dealer. This dealer must be cancelled. I have filed a complaint currently as we found a plastic bag of human urine and urine all over under driver seat and didn’t realize until we got on the highway…it was an abusive experience and a complete torture to nose and lungs even with windows open, and we still can’t get rid of our sensations of disgust and contamination despite entering taking off our clothes before entering our house…
XHULIANA AMade my reservation for truck pick up at 9am, the location did not open until 10am. I had to wait an hour outside for the keys.
YOUZHI WThere was bird poop all over on the drivers side window. It would have been nice if this was cleaned before we rented it. Otherwise, great experience.
